Using the game

By creating or using an account, you agree to follow these Terms and the published Game Rules. The game is a fictional mafia-themed entertainment experience; criminal activity described in gameplay is fictional and does not authorize or encourage real-world illegal conduct.

Accounts

Players may have up to 3 accounts associated with the same known network or browser security identity unless staff approve otherwise. You are responsible for the activity performed through your accounts and for keeping credentials secure. Account access may be restricted when security, abuse or rule-enforcement concerns arise.

Fair play

Exploiting bugs, automating gameplay without permission, manipulating requests, bypassing restrictions, abusing alternate accounts or intentionally damaging the service can result in warnings, suspension or bans. If you discover a serious exploit, report it through Support rather than testing it against other players.

Virtual items and currency

Game cash, items, vehicles, properties, businesses, casino balances and other virtual assets exist only within the game system and have no guaranteed real-world monetary value. Game balance, catalogs, rewards and mechanics may change as the game evolves.

Player content and communication

Usernames, bios, gang information, private messages and support content must comply with the Game Rules. Staff may moderate content or restrict communication when necessary to protect players or the service.

Availability and maintenance

The game may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security incidents, updates or hosting problems. Progress is designed to persist, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Enforcement and changes

Owners and authorized staff may investigate suspected violations and apply appropriate account actions. These Terms and the Game Rules may be updated as features or policies change; continued use after an update means the current version applies.
